Wikimania 2025, the 20th edition of this annual event, will happen in the city of Nairobi, Kenya with online/ virtual conference setup on 6th to 9th August 2025 and with pre-conference activities on 5th August. It will be hosted by a collaboration among the Wikimedia volunteers and user groups of East Africa (EARTHub) and the Wikimedia Foundation.

On 6th and 7th of August, Lydia will present two important sessions focusing on the implications of open data sharing and services built around Wikidata's data, including :

- Wikidata : a whilrwind tour through the land of Wikidata-powered apps
